How to make a POPUP window to house a specific, sized JPG or GIF.
...Alan Garfield

In this example, you have a file - let's called it image1.jpg - which you've checked in Photoshop is 200 pixels wide and 300 pixels high. What you will need to do is:

(1) put this statement between the <head> and </head> statement
(2) create a text link in your html page which will call up a new htm file only containing that image
     (example:  javascript:popUp1('image1.htm')
(3) create that new htm file which only calls up the image

Part 1: In the HTML file, put the following after the <head> and before the </head> statement.

1.Put this statement between the <head> and </head> statement. Remember, copy it into notepad first and then copy it from there to your code.

<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
<!-- Begin
function popUp1(URL) {
day = new Date();
id = day.getTime();
eval("page" + id + " = window.open(URL, '" + id + "', 'toolbar=0,scrollbars=0,location=0,statusbar=0,menubar=0,resizable=0,width=200,height=300');");
}
// End -->
</script>

2. Create a text link in your html page which will call up a new htm file only containing that image
             This is an example
             The link of example is:  javascript:popUp1('image1.htm')

3. Create that new htm file which only calls up the image. For instance... (remember to copy into notepad and then paste)

<html>
<head>
</head>
<body topmargin="0" leftmargin="0">
<div align="left">
<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="200" height="300">
<tr>
<td width="100%">
<img border="0" src="image1.jpg" width="200" height="300" align="left" alt="Put text in here to identify picture.">
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>
</body>
</html>

Pant, pant, pant. And that's it.
